The modern and well-maintained rooms offered breathtaking views, with just a shipping container slightly obstructing the landscape. The hostel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the train station and witness the marvel of the northern lights. We also appreciated the self-check-in system, well-equipped kitchen, and the opportunity to book activities from the common room. The hostel was always warm and clean, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.
For dads, it would be great if the hostel offered more storage space in the rooms for clothing and personal items.

The hostel had a great location with beautiful views of the mountains. Plus, it was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility.
The kitchen and bathrooms were quite outdated and in need of some upgrades. the lack of a cozy common room made it feel a bit impersonal and lacking in atmosphere.

The hostel/hotel was located so close to the lake, it was mind-blowing! The view from the hotel was absolutely jaw-dropping. And guess what? We were lucky enough to see the northern lights, which was a dream come true! Mr. Nigel, our awesome host, was super helpful in guiding us to chase the northern lights. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a supermarket nearby. We even got to enjoy the aurora from the hotel itself. Everything was perfect and my dreams came true!

We stayed for 4 nights in this clean and well-maintained hostel. Despite sharing facilities, we rarely encountered other guests, except when we had a fun dinner with them in the kitchen. The bathrooms were always clean and we never had to wait. The kitchen was also tidy and we found affordable ready-made meals in the nearby grocery store. The location was great, just a short walk from Lake Tornetrask where we witnessed the magical Northern Lights on two nights. great value for money!
Can recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy, family-friendly hostel in a prime location. the hostel had well-maintained, modern rooms with comfortable beds and good pillows. the bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. the location of the hostel was perfect, with a supermarket and train station just a short walk away, as well as beautiful views of the Northern Lights and a nearby lake where we could go for a stroll. the friendly cleaning staff provided helpful information about the town and the wifi was reliable.
The hostel lacked a sauna and a spacious sitting room with comfortable chairs.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel in Abisko! It's in an excellent location, very close to the railway station, supermarket, skiing tracks, and the beautiful lake. the beds were very comfortable, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals. the showers and bathrooms were good, although the sinks were a bit small. I arrived late, but it was easy to access the house with the key box. I wouldn't hesitate to come back!
Nothing at all! 👍.
